Job Description

1. New initiatives and enhancements in the Payments and channels domain Overall responsibility of the following for both in-house and outsourced projects: Requirement gathering, scoping, project / implementation management by technology partner, Quality Check and rollout
2. Vendor management Managing SLAs, costs, quality and timeliness of deliveries with well mitigated risks
3. Building cost effective, highly user friendly solutions to address business requirements with timely delivery of high quality solutions in collaboration with Technology partners
4. Understand developments in the space of Payments (including cards - Credit, Debit & Prepaid Cards, mobile and NFC technologies),
5. Define metrics, processes, templates and frameworks to monitor and improve quality of deliverables and productivity of team
