4.Appointment of the new customer for company as per the specific guidelines.
5.Proper knowledge to handle the pollution hazardous items Identifying new market & implementing of Key Marketing Metrics in that region with the help of team members particularly for the BFG Slag and LD Slag.
6.Customer Retention and giving proper tech-commercial and operation support to the existing or new customer for the selling of the company products.
7.Well conversant with Steel Production and its products particularly Billets ,Wire Rods, DI Pipe and TMT.
8.Tender Document creation, Techno Commercial Discussion, evaluating the tender papers of prospective buyers. Bid Management and CS preparations for the necessary approval.
Contract Management and regular monitoring of contractors performance by specified measurement process.
9.Making PR for the new job which is directly related to the secondary sales department.
10.Identification of steel scrap and wastages on a periodic basis and take up with concerned Department for the disposal.
11.Proper segregation of the Steel Scrap and non ferrous items, stacking of material and codification of the items, formation of Lots for the disposal/sales
12..Making proper plan for smooth supply of steel scrap to SMS and DIP.
13.Making proper plan for evacuation of scrap from the SMS and DIP particularly at time of production. For this he/she has to follow proper safety guidelines prescribed by company safety department.
14.Preparation of Department MIS reports as per the requirement of top management of company regarding Selling of Steel Scrap and By Products.
15.Making proper logistic plan for the supplying of steel scrap to SMS and DIP as well as for external stake holder and customers.
