Job Description

Bachelors Degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of direct, relevant experience in supplier risk identification and management, operational risk management, compliance and/or audit
Ideal candidate would have experience in financial services industry and working knowledge of banking regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
Strong organization skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build partnerships across various Citi businesses
Strong risk, process, and project management skills with proven ability to influence and drive results across a diverse team of functional stakeholders
Detail oriented, pragmatic problem solver, forward thinker with ability to act independently
Ability to assess level of risk exposure based on identified risk characteristics
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Proven ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds
Proficient in MS Office Applications

The Enterprise Operations and Technology (EO&T) Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Third Party Utility (TPU) provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures in order to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third party management life cycle.

The TPU Supplier Risk Analyst II will be responsible for executing third party risk management activities in support of Citis Third Party Management Program, including the implementation of key, standardized processes related to compliance with Citis policies and standards; guiding and liaising with internal and external stakeholders; monitoring the timely and effective completion of pre-contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring activities; and providing input and support for the reporting of third-party related metrics.

Provide support to Citi businesses for the execution of third party risk management activities, including:
o Quality control reviews of Citis Management Plans for higher risk third-party relationships
o Data quality reviews of Citi businesses Exit Strategy Plans
o Reviewing a third partys execution of business process requirements in accordance with operating procedures
Review results of third party risk monitoring activities providing credible challenges to, and quality checks of, such results
Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews for third party risk management activities and provide credible challenges to accountable / responsible parties
Monitor progress on agreed upon third party remediation activities and escalate issues as necessary
Liaise with Third Party Officers (TPOs) and Business Activity Owners (BAOs) to provide guidance on policy compliance and overall third party risk management requirements
Conduct onsite third party visits to assess compliance with Citi policies and standards, where appropriate
Support reporting activities as required
