1.Setting up of Centre(s) for their respective cities by providing comprehensive administrative support for smooth running of the Centre(s)
2.To be involved in hiring and selection of Direct Sales channel partners, on-boarding and termination for their respective cities
3.Supervision of day-to-day operations of all Centre across city, directly and through Centres Manager
4.Strategize and implement action to launch products and services in their respective cities as per the guidelines and mandate provided by State Heads
5.Ensuring that operations are organized professionally and harmoniously that result in achieving revenue and related target and ARPU
6.Take inputs from State Functional team for Trade Promotion, Engagement & Marketing activities which includes rewards & recognition programs, loyalty programs, in/out shop promotions calendar, and seek State Heads approval on the budget allocation
7.Engaging the customer through client engagement programs and being a consultant to them creating an exciting environment to maximize every customer visit
8.Conduct Business reviews to monitor the performance against sales plans and targets for the Sales and Distribution operations organization managing the Direct Sales, Stores and Mass Trade channels and provide clear objectives, daily tasks, targets and functional responsibilities to staff
9.Coordinate with the State Supply Chain and Marketing functions to develop the plan for servicing of channel partners i.e. Direct Sales Partners across cities to ensure availability of marketing merchandise, adequate inventory of products and devices, sales kits, demo devices etc.
10.To liaise with Builders/ RWA/ Housing Complex and other clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors) and create value proposition and support and guide Sales & Distribution team in making the Sales pitch.
11.Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
12.To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at the network site
