Summary:

Candidate will be a Member of the Electrical Business Group Team and will work closely with the Business Head to facilitate the development of strategy and plan for Retail Business of Electrical Products as a whole and coordinating the implementation progress through the sales force and channel net-work

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth through effective leadership and management of the retail business team to exceed company's targets



Recruitment and development of Channel net-work and company's sales force



Plan, develop and implement a strategy for sales management to meet agreed performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales



Conduct BTL activities



Monitor, measure and report on Company sales performance, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales



Ensure effective plans are in place across the business to maximize sales growth as well as retention & development of talent



Liaise with other functional and departmental heads to understand all necessary aspects of their areas and their impact on retail business as well as providing a support service to ensure products and services required are delivered to agreed standards



Continuous evaluation and development of strategy & performance in conjunction with team



Plan and Manage communication and ensure awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.



Ensure all activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements

Desired Profile

Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineer ) /

Master in business administration (Marketing) or equivalent

Knowledge of electrical products
Desired work experience 10 to 12 years and atleast 5 years in retail business of electrical products
A proactive self starter, who can lead a young team as well as sales channel partners
Superior presentation and excellent communication skill.
