Liaisoning with international business managers of other offices & business units to manage leads for new projects and opportunities.
Developing leads into enquiries for bidding
Understanding customer needs & communicating with internal and external stake-holders; assisting in the development of solutions that satisfy those requirements to minimize potential gaps between expectations & delivery.
Acquire an overall understanding of various proposals, review and ratify the proposal costing and support the submission of these proposals.
Liaisoning with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Corporate managers on the preparation and submission of risk-mitigated, competitive bids
Guide the proposal submission team with inputs on proposal evaluation criteria, competitive pricing and client expectations
Customer Relationship Management during project execution, aimed at securing repeat business
Seek business intelligence from the market place and apprise management to fine-tune business
