Profile - Searching and acquiring new e-commerce clients to offer them b2c delivery services with value added features such as 'Cash on Delivery', 'Reverse Pick-up', 'Drop-Ship', 'Branded Delivery', 'Try and Buy', One-ship etc.
b. Initiating to offer the desired services to E-commerce clients, engaging them in business discussions through meetings and follow-up calls/emails with an objective to provide best of the services to client and adding potential customer in own client base consistently.
c. Closely monitoring the service performance of the clients in co-ordination with key account & customer service team.
d. Participating in Regular-Service-Review with clients along with customer service & operation team.
e. Maintaining client relationship with existing clients and making all efforts to get optimum share of business from customer on regular basis. Closely monitoring the lane wise/location wise shipment volume from the customer.
f. Taking lead role in maintaining the SLA agreed with customer, ensuring closure of shipments done on time.
g. Keeping close track on Payment and remittance with the clients and endeavour to achieve 100 % payment collected from the client against freight bills within 30 days of invoice date.
h. Taking lead role in resolution of billing and payment related issues, participating in reconciliation of billing & cod remittance related matters along with billing and account team.
