- Drive organization-wide Talent Review exercise and various talent management initiatives
- To develop a robust campus hiring and lateral hiring program. Succession Planning
- Identify critical positions and create the succession planning framework and develop a Talent Bench Strength.
- To plan and implement various Capability Development initiatives across functions such as Sales, Field Service Delivery & Customer Operations.
- Plan and implement a robust Leadership Development framework.
- Plan and create the Training and Development strategy for all functions along with functional heads.
- Play a key role in the Change Management and organization Culture building initiatives
Education: Full time PGDBA /MBA with HR Specialization - full time
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 Years
