Job Description

Demand Management / Sales Planning : Coach & guide stochastic demand planning, monitor OEM rolling forecasts, Match the demand-supply equation by aligning with production.
Preparation of Demand Database based on sales plan received from sales.
Interaction between production and sales.
Providing shop loading plan to production.
Monitoring Sales and planning of relevant product group and adjust manufacturing plan accordingly.
Generating MIS for management of planning/inventory/sales.
Coordinating between Sales/Production/Quality/Sector Management/Business units on new product development.
Interaction with Asia Pacific/ Business units on Demand Planning.
Experience on SAP is must.
