Job Description

Key Account Management
Oversee domestic and export program planning and development for regional Key accounts (KA), ensuring success of all program elements from start to finish
Standardize Key Account Management Organization using current existing resources for Internal coordination
Define rules and communicate with KA Manangers with each market manager and develop framework to implement global KAM biz (biz scheme, contracts)
Develop and disseminate information such as management briefs, dealer communications, vendor information, training documents, etc.
Act as the liaison between management and KA Managers to communicate
Complete market assessment of downstream activities and install captive and other required measures for export, inventory and retail financing
Safeguarding and utilization of downstream revenues including Finance, Insurance, Maintenance & Service arrangements as well as Residual Value in the markets

Synchronized and integrated with after sales (CS) and body building
Deliver regionally adapted, customer tailored Financing
Deliver Insurance packages tailored to industries, vehicles segments and regions
Deliver specified and transparent Service packages for KA
Assssement of potential downstream options and set up integrated sales approach for domestic/ export markets

Fleet sales MIS and Go to market approach
Set up of MIS for fleet sales, refinements of potential according Go To Market approach. Set up of sales plan and target
Report about competitive environment of downstream activities
Leverage management tools to analyze data on a variety of critical business drivers for retail conditions
Develop timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year
Install report and information logic with management and stakeholders

Project Management, Process & Systems Alignment
Support functional teams/ cross functional teams with respect to project setup, tracking and reporting
Install key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the changes
Conduct process & system alignment meeting to resolve KA
Prepare business case for KA, customers and other management meetings
Regular reporting of key matrices to management/stakeholders

Desired Profile
2+ years of experience in automobile industry with cross functional experience, experience in leading cross functional teams
& interaction with top management
O Specific knowledge
Sales MIS, knowledge of financial products and markets, Project management skills, expertise in presentation &
communication skills
