Food Safety, GMP and Hygiene: Assessment and audits of operations.
Consumer complaints: Investigate consumer complaints with TCA and propose CAPA.
New Developments and Projects: Coordinate with R&D and marketing to for development of new products.
Audit: Compliance to internal quality and food safety audit and to external audits like ISO 22000, AIB.
10-12 years experience in food industry in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control/ Food Safety.
Self updating about industry practices, systems and regulations of food industry.
Sound knowledge of RCA tools, CAPA and problem solving skills.
ISO 22000, AIB, GMP standards for a food plant.
