Preparation & Submission of Final Offer by consulting with Delegated Authority
To attend Post Bid meeting for Negotiations etc
Transfer of all Project data to sites management.
Co-Ordination with Client & Consultant to furnish required information to sites.
Overall Documentation of Record
Updating Market Data, Venders etc.
Vendor development, issuing tender enquiries, evaluation of bids received, conducting technical and commercial discussions, preparation of cost comparisons, negotiations, award of contracts, drafting of contracts and concluding agreements.
