Job Description

1. Pre-Onboarding Phase:
a. Lead and drive technical assessment of all lead, pipeline and backlog of renewable energy assets
b. Assess risk profiles of each assets and devise strategy for risk mitigation
c. Drive budgeting exercise and implementation of site remediation before onboarding
d. Work with global teams to build and maintain relationships with local/global engineering service providers
e. Develop country specific technical and operational compliance documents
f. Implement Global processes related to technical and operational due diligence
g. Act as primary representative in India for Global Technical Due Diligence team and processes

2. Post-Onboarding Phase
a. Lead and drive periodic ticket reviews to focus on major/systemic field issues
b. Participate in CAR/CAPA review and implementation meetings
c. Interface with Global Quality and Sourcing for resolution of field O&M issues
d. Provide feedback to product teams
e. Internal audits as required
f. Drive and deliver site/upgrades solutions

Should be B.Tech Electrical with minimum 10 yrs of relevant experience in renewal energy
