Create & implement Quality Assurance Programs for the Kitchen.
Work with shop operations for implementation of ESP, GMP training and sanitation.
Drive reduction of food safety risk from audit findings.
Work closely with all regulatory bodies/ government agencies/ customers/vendors for internal and external audits.
Oversee the 3rd party cold warehouse quality systems.
Develop and implement Food Safety systems (e.g. FSRA, FSSC, HACCP) standards.
Assist R& D in developing recipe, specifications and label declarations, and ensuring compliance with the finished product specifications.
Experience in having worked for a QSR Industry is a must.
50% Quality Assurance + 50% NPD profile.
Willing to relocate to Mumbai location.
