Job Description

Minimum Qualifications Professional preferably from Operations with at least 8 years working experience of which at least 9-10 years work experience in a BPO operations environment
Specialist Certifications Data Tracking Reporting & Analytics
Exposure to Six Sigma Methodology
PMP Certification (preferred)
Strong Data Presentation Skills
Exposure to Multiple Business departments for example Operations, Migrations, Quality etc.
Specific experience Should have led/co-led organization wide, LOB wide transformational projects.
Should have had experience in using project management tools.
Should have been involved in Creating / Updating and Maintaining project/program level reporting
Should have created program level dashboards and performance presentations
Should have worked on building and maintaining working relations with business partners
Ability to manage groups of people assigned on certain projects, may even be with difficult stakeholders while highlighting gaps
Overall experience 5-6 Years Assistant Managers
Functional Competency Proficiency Level
Computer Handling skills Proficiency with MS Office applications. primarily ( powerpoint/excel/visio)
Communication and Comprehension Skills Perform work transactions and other related jobs by referring to the reference material for the process/program aligned.
Understand customer expectations and respond with solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units.
MIS management ability and Analytical Skills Create / Update/ Maintain Program Documents & reporting
Should be able to comprehend GANTT charts
Understand basic operational calculations through excel reports
Create Program level dashboards and Review presentations
Client Management Skill Understand and deliver to the business/stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to deliver on services/timelines
Efficiently manage conflict among all stakeholders
Project Management Skills Manage projects using the project management concepts eg initiatives
