Job Description

DESIRED PROFILE

Company is seeking a creative, results-oriented, revenue driving individual to drive the adoption of the company's suite of products and solutions by leading Brands, either directly or through Agencies.
The desired candidate should be comfortable with technology products and be able to define solutions with prospective clients.
He/ she should understand the workings of Brand-Agency relationships and should be able to position products and solutions according to their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in building profitable revenue streams through the launch of innovative customer engagement and mobile marketing solutions for brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build trusted relationships across customer organizations and develop a strong understanding and appreciation of how solutions can help brands achieve their business objectives.
Develop a detailed understanding of technology and solutions and strategically convey these solutions to decision makers in Agencies & Brands.
Conduct detailed and accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess viability of new business opportunities.
Ensure customer retention and build long term relationships.
Provide regular updates on markets, competitive and business landscape.
Track and evaluate client / partner technology requirements and work with product management to ensure proper prioritization of roadmap.
Work with marketing and product teams to ensure solutions are positioned accurately and presented in a clear and attractive manner to customers and the market as a whole.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong academic background in Business Management.
4-6 years of experience in handling brands and agencies in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.
Track record of consistent performance in Key Account Management.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly.
Comfortable working in a high growth and results-driven environment.
