Creation and presentation & marketing documentation for corporate access programs hosted and arranged.
Work closely with research teams, equity sales teams and other divisions to design and execute savvy, well planned conferences and other events.
Regular contact with investor relations and senior management of corporate institutions throughout pre-marketing, execution and feedback stages of corporate conferences and other events
Maintain and develop relationships with both corporate and investor clients whilst developing the corporate access program.
On-site event management, including travel to other offices to attend conferences and other events when required.
Liaising with offshore event & roadshow coordinators on conference logistics arrangements, planning & branding
