Managerial and Coordination Requirements:
Responsible for execution of all Installation activities with internal and external staff
Provide professional on site support to the team and organization of installation flow
Organising and supervising the operation of regional or state Repair and Service centres.
Providing technical support to both internal and external customers
Responsible for field service and inventory budgets and projections.
Ensuring that technical training needs of installation team members are met in time
Monitoring customer difficulties and warranty claims and reporting problems
Liaising with Specialist Technicians to correct faults.
Continuous improvement in delivery of installation service to the customer through more efficient and effective processes
Knowledge and Experience of installation
Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in
Strong technical background and
detailed product knowledge in similar
High Organizational and controlling
Excellent skills in customer liaison
