Client feedback
Timely Operations review
Input for monthly Invoicing
Process Audit/SLA Tracker
Controlling Attrition
Team welfare and development

1. Must have good communication skills
2. Exposure in client & stakeholder management
3. Well versed with CPH, Reports, Dashboards, MIS etc
4. Good at people & stress management
5. Good at exploring recruitment channels like Employee referral, Campus, Vendors, Social Media etc
