Atleast 7+ years of experience in Recruitment Industry.
Should have experience in Delivery, Client Interaction, Client Acquisition and Team Handling.
Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.
Should have Good Experience in IT & Non-IT Industry.
Experience in Business Development/Key Account Management/ Client Servicing.
Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
Handling Existing Clients and SPOC between client and in-house team
Experience in handling multiple clients escalations/issues
Experience in Team Handling and Reporting.
Experience in generating new business opportunities from existing clients.
Must have Hands on experience in Market research to generate new leads.
Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets.
Responsible for achieving the agreed target business.
Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
