Job Description

The incumbent for the position is to handle end-to-end payroll processing of 3500 employee Pan India, understanding and following payroll procedures and payroll related forms; maintaining and updating member records on the payroll software; assisting with communication and processing of member's compensation claims; assisting with month-end processes such as the preparation and reconciliation of payroll register; payroll tax and other obligations; assisting with year-end processes such as annual payroll tax, form 16 generation and payment summary reconciliations etc. The person has to deal with the payroll queries of an employee, provide assistance to Accounts & HR team; co-ordination with Bank for salary processing, co-ordination with respective Partners for the approval; meanwhile assist the internal accounts team for the processing of payroll for client; work towards Statutory Compliance's.

Working with the HR Head to drive consistent programs such as pay ranges, positions & structures, compensation & benefits advice
