Work Experience: Maximum 3 to 4 years - with excellent HR domain knowledge and expertise.

- Manage all Internships / Apprentice Programmes.
- Conduct Pre-Placement Talks.
- Manage all Pre-Placement Interviews / The Pre-Placement Offers.
- Basic knowledge of Lateral Hiring /Lateral Recruitment as well.
- Qualification: MBA - HR via Regular Curriculum from Premier B-School only (Preferred:Pass out: 2011 -13 Batch ).
- Relevant Work Experience (i.e. Campus Hiring): Minimum 3 - 4 Years
Candidate Must Have Excellent Command Over :
- MS Power Point, MS Word & MS Excel.
- Excellent Executive/Business communication skills.
