Senior Manager-HR Will be located at the client head-office and support plant HR managers in all HR sub-functions including Talent Hiring, L&D, PMS etc.
We are looking for MBAs (full-time 2-years) with 10-15 years of experience in HR in multi-locational manufacturing organisations.
- Must have good experience in policy formulation, Manpower planning, PMS, Budgeting.
- Should have very good analytical skills, good in training people for balance scorecard etc.
- Will be involved in Senior Level Talent Acquisition.
- There will be no reportees but will be working along with other regional teams.
