- Manage the entire gamut of the Talent Acquisition.
- Working closely with the Function Heads to design and outline the roles
- Working on the man power budget
- Making selection through competency based interviews.
- Manage the campus drives
- Working with external vendors
- Extracting the best suitable and competent candidate for hiring from online portals
- Manage employee referral channel.
Full time MBA professionals only from Premium Institutes with specialization in Human Resources and minimum 2 - 3 years of core experience in Recruitment .
