Responsible for the delivery of an integrated end-to-end client on-boarding platform with the following functions :
Responsible for client engagement, staffing and fulfillment
Analyzing and understanding the client\'s requirements
Responsible for understanding client resourcing needs and proactively plan ram-ups.
Coordinate with BU and Recruitment team across locations to fulfill the staffing needs.
Analyze candidate profiles from internal pool and conduct mapping of skills against the open demands.
Escalations and Resolutions management
MBA or MSW and equivalent with 6.5+ Years of experience into Technical recruitment for Payment Domain
MUST have good experience in Payment Domain hiring
Strong competence and minimum 6 years of capacity/resource - planning and demand forecasting
Able to formulate sourcing plan for volume recruitments.
Good joining ratio track record and good candidate follow-up skills
Very good English writing and speaking skills
Strong experience in MS Office PPT, Excel
