Our requirements for this role are :
Experience on policy formulations related to Compensation & Benefits (e.g. Medicare, Car benefits,Perks etc.)
Benchmarking of benefit policies and it's implementation
Experience in formulation and implementation of benefit policies related to mobility.
Understanding of regulatory compliance (related to compensation & benefit administration).
Good academic profile
Experience in the range 3-5 years.
Development of competitive domestic compensation & benefits and mobility policies for all employees working across India that will fit their needs, and help the organization attract, retain and motivate employees.
