Analyze employee engagement survey data and come out with actionable insights at India BPO level.
Work with People Advisors and PPAs, to create action plan based on the analysis of engagement survey data.
Support the PPA network and help them become more effective on ground. Manage the PPA framework in line with the defined governance framework and make necessary changes to keep the framework relevant.
Work with Employee Clubs captains to enhance and enrich the reach and offering of each club and these clubs become an effective engagement glue point.
Participate in designing and deploying special focused projects in the engagement arena.
Plan and manage the engagement budgets effectively.
Design, update and revise the Recognition framework for India BPO in order to ensure it is relevant with the business realities
Manage ABS to ensure effective and efficient delivery of agreed SLAs in the Recognition space
Work with key stakeholders to ensure Summit and Town hall is being conducted in the right spirit across India BPO locations
Manage and Drive Recognition Points utilization across India BPO
Conduct analysis, surveys around the effectiveness of the Recognition framework. Analyze data and generate actionable insights. Work with relevant stakeholders to action based on his/her analysis.
Plan and Manage R&R budgets effectively
Inclusion and Diversity :
Work along with relevant stakeholder to finalize I&D targets for the fiscal year.
Participate in designing and deploying special focused projects in the I&D arena
Support the I&D council and help the council members become more effective on ground. Manage the I&D council in line with the defined governance framework and make necessary changes to keep the framework relevant.
Create and communicate the specific initiatives we do to attract, develop and retain women in India BPO.
Work with People Advisors and I&D council members to make the inclusion agenda more effective on ground
Analyze workforce data and generate insights around gender, generational and other forms of diversity which we are focusing on.
Work to create the Diversity Dashboard and prep the I&D sponsor to present the same in the Leadership meeting
Leadership and Internal Communications:
Plan and schedule leadership communication calendar and appropriately space India BPO town halls and other big leadership connect forums
Work with all relevant stakeholders and manage the complete logistics for these communication forums
Indentify specific segments of the workforce where the leaders need to reach out
Identify and articulate the key pointers which the leaders need to communicate during these forums
Work with MARCOMM to create specific communication content ( audio/video/data) aligned to the various employee initiatives being deployed in BPO.
Risk and Issue Management
Manage Business Operations related risks and mitigation for all the work areas s/he is involved in
Address concerns escalated by stakeholders and escalate unresolved issues
Support and provide direction to multiple workgroups like the PPAs, I&D council and Club members
Ensure appropriate communications plans are in place for each of these groups before their monthly connect sessions
May participate in/lead special projects as needed
May support organization transformation and communication efforts as needed
