Job Description

Support end to end reward process. Compensation surveys. Maintain daily recurring compensation reports. Manage annual review & renewal of benefit programs. Participate in development, modification, delivery & implementation of reporting tools.
At least 4 yrs of hand on compensation & benefit exp preferably from financial services/ consulting firms. Understanding of India compensation practices, benefits (including statutory) landscape, India taxation laws & payroll delivery.
