Job Description

Creating a robust Talent acquisition process (Manpower requisition, Sourcing, Interviewing, Offer Management, onboard formalities, etc.)
Creating and maintaining a conducive work environment that encourages employee excellence, full participation and growth opportunities within the organization
Execution of Performance Appraisal process and ensuring the process in is tune with the times.
Designing, Developing and implementing training programs based on organizational and employee needs.
Responsible for HR operation across India by working closely with Regional Heads
Constantly benchmarking salary levels with our competitors in the logistics industry.
Responsible for payroll and salary processing
Working closely with the management to propose and implement ideas on employee accountability, career progression etc.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance without any deviation
Liaison with Labour Department and other government departments to ensure the above.
Handling IR issues at operating locations
Facilitating and managing all office and operating site leases with periodic inputs to concerned.
Facilitating and managing on boarding of manpower vendors, ensuring compliance and timely payments to our valued partners

Desired Profile

Excellent Leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of multiple languages would be helpful. This being a national role.
Ability to understand and relate to the Co. biz. , thereby aligning the thought process and proposed actions towards that end.
A logical approach to problem solving
Good analytical ability & eye for details
High level of integrity
Creative/ innovative thinking and conceptualization skills
