Job Description

Processing in store day to day operation bills accounting with proper ledger posting with Tax code (TDS/VAT). Monitoring Store statutory appliance & store compliance, vendor code creation.
Preparing various essential agreements, budgeting for new store, fund allocation statement GL wise for making payment. Sending Weekly Budget vs Actual Expenses consumption report store wise for cost control.
Reconciliation- for sales, cogs, vat, service vendor, debtor ,creditor.
Closing month end provision , P n L review and circulate the MIS report-Store wise P n L ,Sales and expenses variance analysis report Budget vs Actual ,schedule for provision for expenses, prepaid expenses and other Important ledger (Rent, EB, Security & Housekeeping ,Repair & Maintenance expenses, Service tax & Vat payable) ,store operation forecasting annually.
Other Income-Accounting, monitoring and preparing Schedule for different type of Income of 30 stores & 150 customers.(SHOP IN SHOP Customer, SPACE ON HIRE Customer (Branding, activation and Sponsorship),Scarp, Group company, Media/TV display, online shopping.(like Amazon),other operating Income (CAM, Water & space given to bank for ATM and Mobile Tower)
