STRATEGIC BUSINESS LEADERSHIP
Enable the preparation of a robust Business Plan for the plant by Reviewing & Consolidating the departmental Annual Operating Plan to align with Companys objectives.
Ensure accurate & timely book keeping of accounts in adherence to companys policies & timely closure of books of accounts to report monthly performance by way of MIS.
Ensure that all statutory laws applicable to the company are complied with & duties and taxes are deposited in timely manner.
Review the health of Balance Sheet to identify the risks & opportunities and prepare an action plan on identified points.
Enable the preparation of Strategic plan for next 3 years in alignment to Companys objectives and ensure that annual plans are linked to the 3 Year Strategic plans.
Cost Analysis to ensure profitability and support in decision making.
Ensure that accounting standards are followed in accounting the transactions of the company.
Ensure that capital Expenditure is spent in the right direction and the capexes are approved and spent timely.
Close monitoring of the costs & do variance analysis Vs Plan & Previous Year and prepare cause of change review by UBH.
Daily MIS preparation.
Collate, Consolidate & review data for all MIS reports monthly basis and Periodic Business Review Report.
Ensure the timely & accurate payment to vendors of goods & services.
Experience in P & L , Financial calculations, assets , service tax,excise, audit, ROI, BRC, Bank & Govt. Liasioning etc.
Check on material shelf life to ensure no write off of materials.
Ensure that all insurance policies are renewed in time & at adequate value.
Preparation & review of Balance Sheet for annual statutory audit & get the same audited from Company Auditors.
Periodic Physical verification of inventory to ensure that the inventory as per books & physical inventory are same.
Identify the idle assets in the plant & timely dispose off the same with necessary approvals.
Share the monthly performance with the senior team members and make action plan for performance improvement.
Review of all statutory returns of Excise, Sales Tax, Service tax etc to ensure the correctness of details mentioned therein.
Regular Liasioning with Bank, Taxation (Direct/Indirect) Department and all other related departments/concerns.
Laisioning with the statutory regulators & other government officials.
For payment and collection and other related issue.
Knowledge about ERP/ SAP & related packages.
Knowledge Accounting Standards & applicable statutory acts.
