- WILLING TO WORK IN US SHIFT from 5.30 PM to 3 AM
Minimum 8 years of demonstrated progression in Record to Report Domain from BPO (GL Accounting, Closing & Reporting, FP&A, etc. preferably with a US based Health Insurance or Life/General Insurance Company
3 - 5 years supervisory experience handling GL Accounting processes - Should have handled 15- 20 Team members
Hands on experience on managing complex General Ledger Accounting & Reporting processes and with experience of migrating such processes offshore
Strong working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS/SOX; ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate with varying levels of employees and senior management to drive sound business decisions.
Excellent PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Sharepoint, Hyperion, Essbase, Cognos and other financial reporting tool, if any
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data
Hands on experience in working in an ERP environment (preferably People Soft, if not SAP or Oracle)
