To own, manage and execute Quality standards working closely with Operations Organization and create a Quality Culture that the C-sat targets are achieved.providing Best-in-class Service delivery from Quality perspective for the BU owned.
To liaison with Management to establish short and long term quality goals..Ensures successful deployment of controls and triggers for adherence to contract specifications, compliance with standards.Is required to ensure timely transactional quality.
