Roles and Requirements
The resource must have:
A strong knowledge base in Companies Act, 2013.
Good experience in handling internal controls and related engagements.
Domain expertise and have a deep understanding with current trends in markets in clients business.
Should be a leader with a proactive and result oriented approach. Be a role model to junior team members.
Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity.
Should have excellent presentation & communication skills.
Should handle advisory assignments & execute advisory engagements of various clients.
Participate in Business Development initiatives and generate leads to foster business.
Actively manage engagements. Develop junior staff through effective guidance / delegation of work.
Be able to manage multiple assignment deadlines and develop reporting teams to achieve industry expertise.
