Job Description


Leading a team of Service Engineer to Manage Dealers in north and south region.

Resolving Product or service problem by clarifying the customers Complaints

Responsible for network expansion and dealership reports required for free services and warranty settlement.

Responsible for Spare requirement and Spare sell through dealers

Responsible for Warranty Settlement received from dealer end.

Responsible for Promotional activities

Responsible for infrastructure/tooling and equipment at dealer end .

Responsible for product up gradation by taking proper feedback from dealers and customers.

Responsible for skill up gradation of dealers technicians so that they can handle customer complaints promptly.
