Job Description

Project Related

Independently lead and manage large and complex training engagements (technical as well as process). Interact with clients to understand their training needs and suggest training solutions to the client
Responsible for imparting trainings related to GAAP and IFRS
Involved with creation and development of learning content
Responsible for the content design and development with complete ownership. Design customized content solutions specific to the client requirements
Research for training content using our clients name and other publications
Liaise, counsel and market the courses to the student fraternity
The job would require travel to client locations within India and abroad

People Related
During the course of your work, you will be expected to be a people leader for your department/location and to also manage a team in terms of staffing, appraisals etc.
Coordinating in developing the practice (people / clients and skills)
Plays role of a performance manager for junior staff. Is actively involved in training, coaching and mentoring of his/her team

Business Development
Perform business development lead generation till closure
Proactively does sales oriented reporting during projects. These would include identifying possible business opportunities for various practices within the organisation.

Thought Leadership
Contribute to solution development
Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
Participate in practice initiatives and at times lead such initiatives such as knowledge management or thought leadership

>> THE INDIVIDUAL
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills
Keen Interest in Academics and looking to build career in Academics
Currently working in an Academic profile with responsibility of Business Development as well
Having expert knowledge of IGAAP and IFRS. Working knowledge of USGAAP will be an added advantage
Industry experience in designing professional presentations and training content
Having working knowledge of MS-Office
Has a flair for accounting
Extensive travelling for delivery off sessions and Business Development will be required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Consistent display of leadership skills
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time
Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example

>> QUALIFICATION
Qualified Charted Accountants with minimum 6 - 8 years of post qualification experience in delivery of sessions for CA/CS/ICWA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA
Experience in Designing/Development/Delivery of other Training Programs in F & A Domain. Experience in Content Development
Business Development will be added responsibility

Note:
We are looking for candidates STRICTLY FROM BIG 4 only!!! (Onsite/ Client facing role only).
Must be working only and only with BIG 4 in the current role.
Qualified CA/ ACCA/CPA with minimum 6-8 years plus post qualification experience in Big4
