Responsible to handle a team size of 20-25 employees.
Maintaining the received requirements JD with details of client and contact person
Setting up priority deadline of the Assignment.
Distribution of requirement amongst the team.
Follow up with the team for sending the profile within 24 hours or maximum in 48 hours deadline
Troubleshooting of Team queries
Monitoring Team performance on basis of closers
Finalizing in house teams Payment structure, their timely appraisals.
Budgeting of operation cost
Monitoring team performance on a regular basis and providing timely feedback
Induction training for new joiners at Organization.
Ensure timely up-gradation of training records and training process effectiveness.
Internal co-ordination with Director for induction training needs, inputs, course contents review and finalization
Client Management & Business Development:
Maintaining all correspondence with clients regarding requirement, Interview as well as additional business.
.Taking escalations for resolving critical issues; ensuring Business Continuity.
Applying business development and marketing techniques in order to acquire business from clients various industries ranging Manufacturing, Engineering etc.
Identify prospective client and establishing initial contact with the key personnel.
