Projects Manager will be responsible for setting up caf- and delivery outlets within defined Turn-around-time. Projects manager will be responsible for managing multiple new outlet projects in multiple cities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
The candidate will be responsible for the following in his/her job role
Shortlist best vendors/contractors to setup outlets in multiple cities
Negotiate contracts with multiple vendors while minimizing costs and ensuring quality
Define BoQs required for setting up a caf-
Understand store design and services including electrical, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, Fire
