Candidate is expected to lead a small team of analysts in delivering statistical model outputs for media campaigns from across global regions and must have experience in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, SAS and R and in dealing with datasets. He / she must have an eye for detail and be able summarize model outputs to guide decision making by clients.
The role will require servicing internal clients. Apart from technical expertise, ability to solve issues and deliver projects on a tight schedule are important criteria.

The Manager Media Analytics is responsible for:
maintaining relationships with internal MB clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service, in collaboration with other managers, ADs and Director
acting as liaison between the internal client and Media Hub team
day to day involvement with projects including interpretation of output, time management, escalating appropriately and occasionally working on projects hands-on
management of staff in his/her team:
o training, mentoring and career development of staff
o annual evaluations and monitoring of progress of staff under their management
aligning with ADs and Director to ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to in his/her team
Desired Profile Technical skills:
An MSc/MBA in Statistics or Marketing or BE from a reputed engineering college
5+ years of relevant experience in analytics
An intermediate to advanced level understanding of statistics is essential
Some understanding of media planning is desirable
Should know any or multiple of the following R, SAS, SPSS (basic/intermediate level knowledge)
Ability to lead, mentor and manage a small team
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task and think clearly under pressure
Ability to occasionally adjust schedule to overlap with other geographies like Latin America, on an as needed basis
Ability to work in an internal client environment, with little to no interaction with external clients
