Conceptualize and drive the Digital Marketing agenda of HCS (Including digital inputs to knowledge genie)
o Be the one person contact and subject matter expert for all digital/online/mobile marketing In the organization
o Make Digital marketing a business building tool such that it features in each marketing teams Strategy and full year plan.
o Understand the constraints of the pharma industry, and apply best practices from other industries and adapt them to increase the online presence of HCS
o Work closely with Marketing team to understand issues and challenges and drive Digitally driven programs to tackle them
o Focus on brand image and business driving innovation
o Negotiate and Manage the project with-in allocated budget
o Drive Leader Imagery programs at a corporate level in the online space (which will benefit overall equity and brands)
o Work on pilots and test markets in the digital area
o Be abreast with changing technologies and new ideas to be first in market in the digital space.
o Train and educate the team on appreciating Digital Marketing, and regularly sharing new ideas And new concepts in the digital space.
o Ensure digital and marketing policies are followed
o Support marketing team during the Audit of all HCS digital initiatives
o Manage the Digital Marketing Agency/Agencies and technology vendors.
