Job Description

Carry out market studies (secondary and primary) for identifying new areas for expansion of the firm's branch network, prepare and present market study reports.Conduct market research and liaise with NGOs / social enterprises/value chain players for the firms credit plus programs for its clients/society Identification of clients new expectations / needs through surveys to help the strategy team develop new products. Study and analyze industry best practices and introduce micro-finance operational process streamlining and improvements. Help in designing training contents for the firm's employees (especially for field operations) and participate in training as resource person. Coordinate with the firm's branding agency for promoting the brand on social networking sites and other public domains through the firm's work and other.
