Job description:-

Independently manage the Digital Marketing account.
Use of a tool kit to measure and monitor analyse digital activity find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics and campaigns.
Respond and react to changes within social networks.
Develop creative, innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on digital media via viral marketing.
Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the digital media strategy.
Monitor, respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and provide customer service, wherever necessary.
Identify threats and opportunities in User generated content about our brand and report to the appropriate authorities.
Monitor the digital universe about best practices in community management, innovative uses of social media and relevant trends and use the same to continuously improve our digital strategy.

Other Skill set:-

Fluency in English
Creative mind with ability to manage different agencies and vendors.
Proven working experience in digital media, social media or related field.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text/etc.), presentation and communication skills.
Real-world experience in planning, managing and executing marketing and social media initiatives.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Link Building, Online Advertising, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing.
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
Solid experience of the social media universe, including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, foursquare, Pinterest, Blogger, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
