-Managing Contact Programs through Tele-calling, Direct SMS / Mailers and database marketing.
-Managing leads generated through marketing properties and campaigns.
-Manage queries and complaints generated through website and online modules.
-Decision Making Authority
-Coordination with internal stakeholders
-Coordination with contact centers and external agencies
-Planning and review of activities
-Scheduling of calling and contact programs
-Continuous tracking of leads, queries and complaints
-Generate monthly MIS reports
-Generate analysis and insights from all database marketing programs
-Following communication and escalation matrix for all programs
