Job Description

Analyze potential markets regarding macro / micro economic data and bus industry
Identify potential market segments for the Bus products
Consider market and customer requirements in target markets and different applications to define saleable right products
Coordinate for market specific product changes, suitable to the target markets
Ensure Homologation process of vehicles in alignment with homologation department in the target markets
Coordinate product pricing and development with relevant stakeholders (R&D, production, logistics, market management, finance, etc.)
Enabling the export market to sell the product (legal contracts, sales argumentation, Aftersales-readiness, etc.)
Develop and conduct training's on product sales argumentation
Conduct product launch support in the respective countries for successful launch of products
Manage the sales orders from the markets for effective volume planning and timely delivery of vehicles
Competition product analysis and ongoing update of Export product spec book
Identify new market segments and propose new product requirements with possible specification, price and volume assumptions
Develop regular market reporting

Desired Profile

Functional competency: strong commercial vehicle product knowledge, market mapping, product positioning & product applications
Competency: Analytical ability, structured working and process orientation
very good English (written and spoken).
Experience in Commercial vehicle or Bus Industry or Export sales/business development, minimum of 3 years of working experience (worked abroad and / or technical background preferred)
