Develop the processes for effectively managing the changes
Align processes with the stake holders(Change office, R&D, Procurement, etc)
Develop the IT systems based on the designed processes
Ensure accurate documentation of the launch & change management
Coordination with all the interfaces for timely information so as to ensure zero line stoppage and minimum obsolescence in case of changes
Physical validation of the PBoM and regular updates
Management reporting of the KPI\'s for changes and the key learning derived.
