Job Description

Qualification:-MBA/BE, B Tech/ME, M Tech/Any Post graduate from Manufacturing Industry

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Develop and deploy the Learning and Development strategy for the company, in line with the long term business strategy of the company.
Identify the training needs, develop training modules, design the training calendar and deliver.
Promote self-learning among the employees through e-learning.
Measure the business impact of the L & D.
Deploy the talent management process. Identify the talent pool. Prepare & implement the IDPs. Deploy the talent pool in critical areas.
Develop and deploy succession planning process for hot positions. Integrate L & D, talent management and job rotations for effective succession planning.
Project the L & D budgets. Monitor the expenditure to be within the targets

Ability to withstand pressure

Technical Competencies:

Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
Knowledge of computers
Knowledge of MS Office.
