Experience of deploying at least one of the following technologies: Mobile technologies, IVR, Voice, Speech, Telecommunications, or communications software is preferred
Work with multiple vendors and co-ordinate with different teams in JFL for the IVR project.
Understand and review IVR designs and IVR solution architectures.
Manage and responsible for user acceptance testing.
Facilitating IVR site-related activities required during the deployment Phase.
Facilitating interfaces/integration with 3rd party systems in order to ensure a smooth deployment.
Routing appropriate volumes of calls to the Application during deployment.
Approving and coordinating any changes to the Application following Pilot tuning analysis.
Support ongoing improvement, maintenance and tuning activities of IVR Software.
