Job Description

Role:

The Manager, ADDM Team will be responsible for providing techno functional leadership to team of talented ADDM engineers in deploying HP UCMDB to the MRP customers and also managing the vender relationship. The desired candidate should have good understanding of HP UCMD or related tools. He/she should possess ability to participate and influence discussions with HP project manager and make sure that deployment is done as per the project plan. He also needs to work with the RSAs and SDM to manage the ADDM deployment.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership and responsibility for the commitments made on behalf of the ADDM team in Pune
Provide leadership to the team
Collaborate with RSAs SDM and HP project manages to ensure that team gets the clarity necessary to make and full fill their commitments
Adopt current methodologies for ADDM deployment proactively and continuously improvise as necessary
Define, track and report goals, objective and progress for the entire ADDM team
Manage talent and skill levels in the team and proactively staff resources accordingly
Monitor and manage performance of individuals and overall team

Skills:

12+ years of progressively broadening architecture and technology leadership experience
Bachelors, preferably masters in Computer Engineering / IT from reputed school or university
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor the team
Experience building, leading and managing vendors
Experience in collaborating global teams across 2-3 different time zones and geographical locations is a must
Strong desire to understand business needs and priorities, along with focus building optimal technical solutions
Ability to motivate and influence technologists and challenge them to bring the out of box thinking for desired business outcome
Ability to document, present and defend technical decisions and choices. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
Knowledge of business continuity process management and disaster recovery domain desired but not required
