* Work with Client on large opportunities during the 'Requirement Definition Generation ' and RFP stage.
* For certain large opportunities/Accounts consultative approach with customer during Pre-RFP stage.
* Work with consultants to ensure Client mindshare.
* Leading all Systems Hardware engagements in Large Deal Accounts.
* Identify and form a virtual team from different divisions within hardware and Client for solutioning and engagement.
* Leading the larger Client team during client engagement.
* Sometimes there can be more than one bid for same opportunity thru different SIs. Differentiate, Position and Recommend Client Hardware vis-a-vis likely competitive offerings.
* Leading/Working with team for successful sale.
* Should have the maturity and skill level to handle the expectations of customer, consultant, SI and Client team.
* 8+ years experience in IT Solution Sales out of which at least 5 years should be in Hardware (Server and Storage)
* At least 5 years experience in handling Large account. (worth USD 1 Million sales annually)
* Good collaboration and teamwork skills, ability to demonstrate a commitment to team goals through attitude, contribution and cooperation
* Engage, negotiate with and influence C-level Executives and decision-makers
