Execute Long Term Wage Settlements, Performance Incentive Settlements and Career Progression Settlements, Disciplinary Matter etc.
Oversee the implementation of various settlements.
Monitor and ensure that factory is legally compliant.
Monitor the status of labour cases from time to time.
